To realize the improving constantly continuously of environmental behavior, So that it can keep better running condition.

??????? Responsibility
??????? 3.1企管部負(fù)責(zé)對運(yùn)行控制的情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查。
???????? Enterprise management dept is responsible for supervising and inspecting to operating the status controlled.
??????? 3.2生技部負(fù)責(zé)生産區(qū)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的管理；負(fù)責(zé)資源、能源的規(guī)劃管理和廢棄物的分類處置；監(jiān)測計(jì)劃，對操作人員和管理人員負(fù)責(zé)編制，年度目標(biāo)、指標(biāo)與環(huán)境管理方案進(jìn)行交底，實(shí)施環(huán)境監(jiān)測工作，幷做好記錄。
??????? The production and technical department is responsible for manage the production area, the management of energy and resource, handling and resorting the wastage. Besides, it must take charge monitoring the plan and compiling the operators and the managements, and must make out yearly goal , target and environment managing program. Also, it must carry out the monitoring of the environment and write them down.
??????? 3.3分管生産技術(shù)的副總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)審批環(huán)境監(jiān)測計(jì)劃。

??????? 4.1公司對可能造成重大環(huán)境影響的環(huán)境因素編制相應(yīng)的控制辦法：
??????? Work out the corresponding control solution for the factors that may effect the environment seriously.
??????? A.對固體廢棄物的控制執(zhí)行《固體廢棄物控制辦法》；
??????? For carrying out the controlling of solid waste《The stipulation for solid waste control》；
??????? B.對生産過程產(chǎn)生的工業(yè)污廢水和生活污水的控制執(zhí)行《污水排放控制辦法》；
??????? For controlling industrial sewage from and living sewage should carries out《The control method of sewage discharge》；
??????? C對采購、貯存、使用的化工原料産品的控制執(zhí)行《化工産品控制辦法》；
??????? For controlling purchased ,restored ,and used chemical raw material should carries out 《The control method for controlling the chemical product》；
??????? D對能源和資料的利用執(zhí)行《能源和資源控制辦法》；
??????? For implement the utilizing of the energy and the resource should carries out the《 Measure for controlling energy and resource》.

??????? G.對重要環(huán)境因素所涉及到的相關(guān)方，執(zhí)行《對相關(guān)方施加環(huán)境影響控制程序》。

??????? 4.1.1上述過程的控制辦法均爲(wèi)隸屬于4.4.6要素的副程序控制。

??????? 4.1.2生技部按設(shè)備安全操作規(guī)程的要求，指導(dǎo)車間對生産設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，要求各生產(chǎn)設(shè)備均能良好運(yùn)行，不允許出現(xiàn)機(jī)械設(shè)備帶病工作的情況。
??????? The production and the technical department must instruct the operators to maintain equipment according to the requirement of safety operation. All production equipment must running well without illness .
??????? 4.1.3生技部嚴(yán)格按照相應(yīng)技術(shù)規(guī)程和上述程序內(nèi)容實(shí)施檢查和監(jiān)控重要環(huán)境因素的控制，要在每年初編制監(jiān)測計(jì)劃，幷對具體操作人員做好交底工作。

The production and the technical department must strictly execute the control of inspecting and monitoring the important environmental factors in accordance with the relevant technical regulation and the process content above. Thy must drawing up the monitoring plan and explain the details to the operators.?
